Today is the 11th so we did elevens minus the run. It was only me and step up today! Thanks for joining me!
First we warmed up with arm circles and through the tunnels.
1) squats and lunge sets
2) Merkins and ohp
3) bgs and Russian twists
4) upside down fire hydrants and donkey kicks using resistance bands
we got through it all just in time for prayers and names.
