Tonight we chose to shower Hey Jersey and baby Leo who is due next month.  We had a wonderful group of ladies show up even with the crummy rainy weather to join in on the festivities.  We did a few warmups and then jumped right in.

There are always little games at showers so I decided to do the word scramble Tabata style.  I had 17 words scrambled and as we did one word we started trying to guess the next one.  The tabata was 50 seconds on with 10 seconds rest.  I gave them a hint in that the exercise we were doing started with the same letter as the correct word.

3 – flouram – formula – front raises

4 – preadi – diaper – dead lifts

5 – ighh hacri – high chair – heismans

6 – ktsor – stork – scarecrows

7 – setyfa inp – safety pin – Superman squats

8 – bluyall – lullaby – leg lifts

9 – yabb rodpew – baby powder – bicep curls

10 – trrommeeeth – thermometer – toe taps

11 – eniseo – onesie – overhead press

12 – letrrols – stroller – sumo squats

13 – abby timoron – baby monitor – bent over rows

14 – limboe – mobile – mat taps

15 – reficaip – pacifier – pendulums

16 – sentisab – bassinet – backscratchers

17 – treatl – rattle – rotator raises

We took a lap to the end and back and went thru it one more time before circling up, praying, and starting the festivities.  Thanks for everyone who came to shower Hey Jersey and Baby Leo.
