10 PAX to start. We did a welcome back Nameorama, introductions and started our warm ups. After warm up and after our start we had 1 PAX come in. We were going to split up after our rep set but then we had 1 pack that needed to leave early and she dismissed herself. It was an amazing & beautiful day to get FiA’s together again.
Stretch/warm up –
10 IC – Jumping jacks, TTT, windmills, arm stretches, run a lap for warm up
The Thang –
2 min exercises

1 – Walking Lunges w/ arms up
2 – Kangaroos
3 – Sumo Squats /arms up
4 – Star jumps
5 – Monkey Humpers
6 – Narrow Squats w/leg raise & Hallelujahs
