BackBlast:

Cherokee County is officially closed and social distancing is in full force in efforts to stop this crazy virus from spreading.  We asked PAX to come at their own risk and only if they are well.  We ensured no touching, used plenty of hand sanitizer, and enjoyed the fresh air in our lungs.  For once it wasn’t raining!
11 PAX came to Foxtrot this Saturday.  School is out, so we completed a Billy Madison workout, which gave us a crash course in each grade K-12.  Normally, Billy Madison only has 12 grades to complete.  But, I added in Kindergarten.  So, 13 exercises, 13 reps of each, accumulator style with a lap between each grade.  We started with Kindergarten, did 13 reps, then ran a lap.  Then we repeated Kindergarten, added 1st grade, and ran a lap.  Then we repeated Kindergarten, 1st grade, and added 2nd grade, and ran a lap.  And so forth.

Kindergarten – Figure 4 Squats

1st Grade – Overhead Press

2nd Grade – Bourbons

3rd Grade – Shoulder Taps

4th Grade – Narrow Squats

5th Grade – Goal Post Press

6th Grade – Boat Canoes

7th Grade – Kettle Bell Swings

8th Grade – Rows

9th Grade – Sumo Squats

10th Grade – Raggedy Anns

11th Grade – Tricep Kickbacks

12th Grade – Burpees

2nd grade was the worst by far.  We got better with Kindergarten over time.  And 11th and 12th grade were rushed a little trying to graduate in time.  But, don not fear.  We all passed.  Except, Straight Shooter – she is a high school drop out.  😂

Owlette had laser focus today!  Coach and Dutch killed it and enjoyed the pace of today’s Beatdown.  Whole Coconut and Shrinky Dink kept us laughing.  And Smooth Operator gave us such sweet words of advice regarding favorites during coffeteria.

We kept things super clean with Coffeteria and I played Barista to limit the germ spread.  We prayed that everyone stays safe, our doctors and hospital staff stay healthy and well, and that everyone does their part to stop the spread.  I hope to see everyone again soon!
