The kids went back to school! But that doesn’t mean we get to relax. We got to work and I’ll tell you, I am feeling it!
We warmed up with arm circles, through the tunnel and imperial walkers.
we rolled the dice to see how many reps of each exercise were did, however, we did not repeat any of the numbers. the only expectation was the burpees. only two burpees per round. we ran a lap after each round to keep our heart rate up and burn a few more calories.
B – Bear squats (these are one of my favorites)
A – American pie Sit ups
C – curtsy lunge
K – kangaroos
S – Scorpion dry dock
C – Crunchy frog
H – Hillbillies
O – O’round the world (I had to get creative with the O’s)
O – Draw the letter O with your legs
L – LBC’s
the dice was even numbers 2-12 which means we did 42 of each exercise, 12 burpees (there was an option to do a bonus of two more at the end), and 6 laps.
It was a good workout! Cot and names to close it out!
