Today is the 13th, so Baker’s Dozen is the first thing that comes to mind. We warmed up with stretches and a lap. Then we each went to one of 13 cones to start our exercises. Each cone had a different exercise. We did each exercise for 1 minute then had 6 seconds to rotate to the next cone. Every 6 exercises we ran a lap. And that is all we did for the full beatdown. Our exercises were the following:
– Figure 4 Squats
– Single Leg Dead Lifts
– Standing Donkey Kicks
– Lunge Pulses
– Skaters
– Jump squats
– Serve the Platter
– Side Raises
– Rows
– Tricep Kickbacks
– Bicep Curls
– Chicken Wings
– Weighted Side Bends
When time was up, we snapped a picture and closed with our COT. If only there were donuts to go with our baker’s dozen today, but we opted for the calorie burn instead!
