Today was fun!!
We warmed up to the song black Betty. Toy soldiers and through the tunnels.

We did a total of five rounds and then a sixth round of  choose your favorite exercise.

Round 1

Plank Jack’s with kick back 15 reverse crunches 15. Low squat with a reverse lunge 15 each leg. 90 degree angle pulse ups 15. Mosy/run

Round 2

Rainbows 15 each leg. Rosey in and outs 15. Pulsing squat jumps 15. High bicep curls 15. Mosy/run

Round 3

Glute bridges with knee opener 15. Russian twists 30. Flunge (flying lunge) 30. Renagade rows 30. Mosy/run

Round 4

Frog jumps 15. Butterfly crunches 15. Lateral lunges 15 each leg. Bridge hold with chest press 15. Mosy/run

Round 5

Side plank with leg raise 15 each leg. J-LOs 30. Pulsing sumo squats 30. Chest fly 15. Mosy/run

Round 6

90 degree pulse ups 15. Rosey in and outs 15. Russian twists 30. Bridge hold with chest press 15. Pulsing sumo squats 30.
