It was a wet nasty day but 4 other ladies showed up to get a good beatdown in before Valentines Day. We started with Jumping Jacks in Cadence and Through the Tunnel in Cadence and took a quick lap.

The Thang:

We spelled out different words that were related to Valentines Day. We did each exercise for 1 minute with 20 seconds of rest.

Then we ran the long lap took a sip of water and spelled Roses

We ran another Long Lap and then Spelled out Cards

Cupid Shuffle (Squat shuffle left to right)

Step up to Knee Crunch

Ran another Long lap and came back for an impromptu song challenge to Cupid Shuffle we stayed in squat position and shuffled left to right and did kickbacks. We finished with 1 minute of Ab of Choice.

We were short on time so we stretched and prayed at the same time and did Name-O-rama. Thank you ladies for always pushing me to work harder. Love you all.
