We met up at the front of the school today by the benches for our beat down. Using the benches, we did a partnered DORA workout on the benches. We warmed up by running the small loop in front of the school and then began the workout.
The workout was as follows:
100 Elevated Merkins
150 Single Leg Lunges (change legs every 10 reps)
200 Tricep Dips
250 Mountain Climbers
300 Step Ups
We finished with just enough time to do COT and name two amazing FNGs!!!
