10 ladies started their hump day off the right way with me at The Lair! We warmed up to Sally and then got busy with The Thang:
Billy Madison – complete 1st grade, take a lap, then complete 2nd grade and 1st grade and take a lap. Rinse and repeat until you’ve made it through all grades!

9th lateral raise
10th curtsy lunge
11th front raise
12th burpees (happy graduation!)
