WOW! Was it cold this morning, however 4 PAX including me, Rise Up, came together and got er done! We didn’t waste any time getting our heart rates (and body temperature) up and running with some Jumping Jacks, Across the Chest and Overhead Arm Stretches, High Knees and Butt Kickers (all IC) and got straight to:
THE THANG: The Billy Madison
This workout is so unexpected, so fun and very effective. 12 exercises, 12 reps which accumulate each round. We were able to finish 6 rounds. This one is good for a full-time hour like on a Saturday, maybe? Hmm… something to think about.
12 Squat Thrusters + Lap
12 Squat Thrusters + 12 Bent Over Rows + Lap
12 Squat Thrusters + 12 Bent Over Rows + 12 Inchworms (the exercise everyone loves to hate) + Lap (you get it…I hope… DON’T HATE… ACCUMULATE)
12 Curtsy Lunges (total) + Lap
12 Merkins +Lap
12 Chest Flys + Lap
12 In and Outs + Lap
12 Imperial Squat Walkers (total) + Lap
12 Side Plank Dips (6 each side) + Lap
12 Burpees + Lap
