It ended up being a beautiful sunny morning at The Valley! We played a little game of FiA Bingo to keep our bodies moving just as much as our mouths! 🙂 I love this location so much because it always feels like home no matter which ladies show up, it always feels like such a safe space to lay out our burdens and excitements all while we get to make our bodies stronger together.
I loved getting out in the sunshine and working out with you ladies this morning!
the thang-
Had a bingo board filled with exercises. 15-30 reps of each exercise. We took turns rolling 2 dice to mark off our Bingo board and once we hit a bingo we ran/walked a lap around the park.
