BackBlast:

Loved starting my day with these beautiful ladies who are so sweet and came ready to workout! There were some questions about the BINGO board, but we made it through the ENTIRE workout/board, no muscle group left behind, with time to spare (2 minutes). These ladies brought it! The mood was light and fun, even with all the work that was completed.

Warmed up with arm circles, Michael Phelps, hip twists, imperial walkers (mini style) and leg stretch.

The beatdown:

There are three dice to roll – letters for BINGO, numbers 1-5, and then the die with rep numbers (10,15,20,25,30, you pick).  Each PAX took turns rolling the dice, and what showed up with what we did. For example – B1 – Diamond push-ups for 20. After three exercises we would take a lap and start rolling again. As time got close to the end, we stopped rolling and each PAX selected one of the remaining exercises listed. The list included:
