It was perfect weather for a beat down! Not too hot not too cold, a little breezy.
we warmed up a little bit and quickly got into that thang. I wanted to focus on this months Bingo board so I picked the two boxes that required 100 of two exercises. We did 20 reps of Indian Style LBCs, jogged to the next station and did 20 reps of Wood Chops then repeated 5 cycles to get to 100 of each. The second round was more intense…we copied the reps and cycles but did boat to canoes and chicken wings. After a short water break we took a lap around the parking lot and went straight into a brutal round of Bag of Abs which brought our total crunches to over 200! We weren’t dying yet so we all agreed to two rounds of Ring of Fire. The first round we all did toy soldiers and passed 10 squats; the second round we did bicep curls and passed 20 overhead presses. With a few minutes remaining we jogged a lap and then stretched it out.
Our FNG came prepared with a nickname so we gave a big welcome to Frenchie. She loved the workout and said she will definitely be back!
As Healthy Momma prayed we lifted prayer requests up for Straight Shooter and Owlette’s dads as they continue to battle health issues. We also prayer for a little girl in our community who recently found a new tumor on her brain. We were able to lift up a praise and thank God for another great workout.
