This morning we worked on compound movements with a focus on lower body (front squats to Arnold presses, straight leg deaf lifts to bicep curls, side lunges to upright row, regular dead lifts, bent over rows, reverse lunges and donkey kicks) for one minute at a time and 4 sets. Once we fatigued our large muscles we got to work on the small muscles with some buns of steel exercises! I think we will all feel it later! Y’all were amazing!
