It was a cold but sunny morning to get a good workout in. We started with some OYO stretches and then did a booty warmup which I took from Harley Quinn. We did 15 back leg extensions and 15 pulses to 10 rainbows (each side) Then we got right to it.

The Thang-

  •  20 Bicep Curls- 20 Pulses
  • 20 Squats- 20 Pulses
  • 20 Side arm raises- 20 Pulses

RUN

  • 20 Calf Raises- 20 Pulses
  • 20 Hammer Curls- 20 Pulses
  • 20 Deadlifts- 20 Pulses

Run

  • 20 Chest Flies- 20 Pulses
  • 20 Lunges- 20 Pulses ( Each Leg)
  • Tricep Extensions- 20 Pulses

Run

  • 20 Side Lunges- 20 Pulses (Each Leg)
  • 20 Merkins- 20 Pulses
  • Narrow Squats- 20 Pulses

Run

Ab Circuit ( 1 Minute Amrap)

  • BG Situp
  • Russian Twists
  • In and Outs
  • LBCs
  • Penguins
  • Plank

We then ended with bat wings

  • 20 Forward Arm Circles
  • 20 Backward Arm Circles
  • 20 Seal Claps
  • 20 Overhead Claps
  • 20 Hallelujahs

We finished up with a good stretch and cot and name-o-rama. Thanks for working hard with me ladies!
