What’s better than a cool morning and some cardio?! I mean.. a lot of things, but why not make the best of 5:30 AM to push ourselves. Our future selves will thank us.

Warm Up – 6 mins – 30 seconds of each movement.
Arm circles, Michael Phelps, Down dog plank, inchworm walkouts, and rest. Go through this 2X

The Thang. 35 mins ladder. In between each move, we ran down the stairs, to the flag, and back up the stairs to our mats.
10 – Burpee; 20 – Lunges; 30 – Merkins; 40 – Sit Ups; 50 – Squats; 60 – Jumping Jacks; 50 – Squats; 40 – MTN Climbers; 30 – Step Ups; 20 – Bear Plank Shoulder Taps; 10 – Burpee

We cooled down with some stretching before our prayers for healing and Pradas 50K.

Now time for some much needed coffee.
