We took advantage of the cooler morning temps and completed this tough workout. It was hard (especially for me after a week at the beach!), but we pulled through! It was such a good morning of sweat, conversation, and watching our kids play while we worked out. We ended with prayer & names.
BOMBS- partner and complete the total # of reps while alternating a run/walk lap. Repeat until the first exercise is completed and move to the next one. We cut the squats short but everyone did at least one round of those.
50 Burpees
100 Overhead Press
150 Merkins
200 Big Girl Sit-ups
250 Squats
Stars & Stripes- 50 Star Jacks & 1:30 Plank (for the 13 stripes)
We didn’t have time to do the Star Jacks, but we planked for a total of 1:30.
