So happy to be back at The Rock! Tonight there were 5 Pax and 1 2.0 on a rainy, cool evening. We set up under the overhang and got down to business. Started with a quick warm up then partnered up and got ready to the Thang.
The Thang: BOMBS
This was a partner exercise, so we picked our partners and got started. Since this is a partner workout, we set up so that one PAX would start the exercise and the other would run down and do and exercise at the other end of the walkway. Then they would run back and pick up where the other PAX left off.
Backward Lunges x 50 reps
Overhead Press x 100 reps
Merkins x 150 reps
Big Girl Situps x 200 reps
Squats x 250 reps
Pax: Run to other side and do 20 Monkey Humpers and run back
There was still a little time so we did a quick lap to the end, did a round of Sally’s, and got in a really good stretch.
