Brrr, was it a cold morning! I was pleasantly surprised how many of my beautiful FiA friends got up and out in the cold this morning to workout. You guys are awesome!
We started with exercises to warm up from the top down. Michael Phelps, Arm Circles, Gorilla Swings, Hip Circles, Gate Swings, and Ankle Circles. Then we did TTTs and Jumping Jacks in cadence.
Once warm, we got started on The Thang: B.O.M.B.S.
We partnered up and completed this Dora style. One PAX did reps, the other ran, then they switch and the reps are cumulative for the pair.

We finished with a couple minutes left, so we did Batwings. Batwings really killed our shoulders!
Since we were circled up nicely, we went straight into prayer requests and our COT. We snapped a picture. Then we raced off to get our kiddos back to school and all of our cheeks back into the warmth!
