4 PAX came out on a gloomy wet morning for a fun workout!

We started with some solo stretching while everyone finished setting up.

Booty Work:

10 Donkey Kicks with 5 pluses (each side)

10 Fire Hydrants with 5 pluses (each side)

10 Fire Hydrants with 10 pluses (each side)

10 Rainbow Extensions (each side)

10 Inner Thigh work (each side)

Then we moved on to the ARAP. Each exercise was one minute. we were able to get through the board one full round and one half way.
