4 PAX came out on a cold wet morning for a booty beatdown.

We started with some warm up stretches and then moved on to booty work.

Booty:

15 (each side) Donkey Kicks
15 (each side) Fire Hydrants
15 (each side) Extended Leg Lifts

10 with 5 pluses (each side) Donkey Kicks
10 with 5 pluses (each side) Fire Hydrants
10 with 5 pluses (each side) Extended Leg Lifts
10 (each side) Cross Extended Leg Lifts

5 with 10 pluses (each side) Donkey Kicks
5 with 10 pluses (each side) Fire Hydrants
5 with 10 pluses (each side) Extended Leg Lifts
10 (each side) Cross Extended Leg Lifts

Then we moved on to some combo moves: 1 minute each exercise with the combo moves being two minutes (2 rounds).

Upright Row

Alt. Forward Lunges
Tricep Extensions

We finished up with prayers and name-o-rama.
