Another threat of snow means I have the Q! I’m thankful to PC who was willing to move her car out so we can take a little shelter from the wind. Four brave souls joined me to work out and we warmed up a bit with some arm circles, butt kicks, high knees, and some stretching before we jumped in to the thang.
The Thang – I reviewed some recent Qs and liked a couple things so I decided to put them both on the board for this one. Turns our we only had time to finish the Bruce Lee, so I’ll be saving the Plank Ladder for another time!
Bruce Lee is a routine where you complete 7 rounds of 6 Abs exercises and the rep count is 20. The exercises I chose were leg lifts, scissors, LBCs, cross leg crunches, crunchy frogs, and Pilates 100 (still just 20 reps). So we battled through this one and after each round we took a lap to the stop sign and back. We got over a mile in and will likely have sore abs for a few days, but it’s all in good fun and fitness!
Thanks for joining me ladies! Always grateful for each of you and the way we support each other during and between workouts. This was a rough week for my family with my niece’s brain tumor and surgery to remove it. Praise God that during this beatdown she was able to send me a text to say she loved me too and thanks for the prayers.
