8 PAX came out to load the buses in honor of school starting back up this week. And also to earn a bingo box ✅! It was chilly, but with no wind factor, we were warm and shedding layers! Bonus: we got Sugarland back at the Union! 🥰🥰
After a short, low key warmup, we jumped right into the workout. The Union has 27 bus lanes and we rotated through 4 workouts. (Run the the last bus lane- 27- reps of first exercise match the lane. Run back to start. Run to Lane 26- move onto second exercise, and so on, working your way back to lane 1)
Diamond Jumps (alternating between a wide and narrow squat jump forward and backwards)
Sets of shoulder taps
Crab tricep dip with crab cake (each crab cake kick is 1)
PAX worked hard with little to no breaks. I don’t think anyone wanted to stop moving! We wrapped up with prayers for our FiA sisters who are healing from surgeries, injuries, and sicknesses and all the kids and parents getting back into routines this week!
