This was a great bunch of ladies this morning! And did they ever BRING it! Bingo is one of my favorite games to lead at FiA because it is the luck of the roll. But, when the roll said “you pick” – these ladies picked high numbers and did not hold back!

Warm up – arm circles, Michael Phelps, leg stretch, waist twists.

BINGO: three dice were rolled – one for the letter of BINGO, one with number of reps and one with the number 1-5 which corresponded to the bingo board. For example – B,1,30 translated to Column B, Row 1, 30 reps.

Diamond push ups

Beast holds

Burpee with a push up (this was a you pick and our lovely FiA chose 25!!)

Reverse Flyes

Overhead triceps

Around the world legs

Shoulder taps

Bicep curls


Curtsy lunges

Forward Shoulder raises

Carolina dry docks

Angry donkey kicks

Reverse lunge

Crock pot squats

Side shoulder raises

Around the world – arms

Push ups with a side plank

We ran three laps as we completed bingos across the board.

We ended with a COT, names and picture.
