I was blessed to have Pilgrim and Beakers for my first and definitely not last Q at the Mill, they were 2 of the first faces I ever met at FIA when I decided to go alone on 12/3/2021. I am so thankful that I decided to step outside my comfort zone and go meet this fantastic group of brilliant Women!

If you ever are a FNG and show up to ANY location these amazing Women make you feel welcome and surrounded by friendship. Everyone I have met so far has been kind and supportive and will give you a gentle push if you ask for it and is willing to show you the ropes, even at 5:30 in the morning!

I wanted my first Q at “The Mill” to be special!

This workout was supposed to make you feel like you attempted to repair/replace an old broken wooden wagon wheel. I believe every circle has a different name for this, but after looking in the official lexicon I borrowed a bit from different workouts and included some of my favorites.

It has alot of up and down movements and circuited movements along with varying weights.

We started with the FIA 2022 Weekly Challenge of 22 Burpees!

The First Round was 10 reps of 3 arm exercises each, followed by a run in place to a 10 count Mississippi, 5 reps of cardio mat exercises then you ran a lap, ended round 1 with 10 reps of each additional abdominal/booty exercise then you ran in place to another 10 count Mississippi.

The Second Round was 20 reps of 3 arm exercises each, followed by a run in place to a 10 count Mississippi, 10 reps of cardio mat exercises then you ran a lap, ended round 1 with 20 reps of each additional abdominal/booty exercise then you ran in place to another 10 count Mississippi.

The Third Round was 40 reps of 3 arm exercises each, followed by a run in place to a 10 count Mississippi, 20 reps of cardio mat exercises then you ran a lap, ended round 1 with 40 reps of each additional abdominal/booty exercise then you ran in place to another 10 count Mississippi.

Then if time allows, you get to repeat it!
