There was a small but mighty crew at The Union this morning! These ladies showed up early to run and then decided to stay for part of the beatdown with me.

4. Bourbons
5. Crunchy Frog
6. 100’s. 20 reps
We ran a lap around the parking lot between each round. The Crunchy Frogs and Bourbons HURT!!
