Abs and arms today! We started with stretches and a long lap. We did BG Sit Ups, Box Cutters, Crunchy Frogs, Bicycles, Butterfly Crunches, Bourbons. Guns of Fire we did Bicep Curls, Moroccan Nights, Kettle Bell swings, Woodcutters, Hallejuahs, Skull Crushers, and side extensions.
We had a big group tonight! Hopefully we see them all again soon on Never Miss A Monday!
