Better late than never!! I came right on time since I am a goof and left my phone at home, we started at 6:02pm..sorry ladies!
TexMex and the other ladies were able to get a little walk in before I got there to stretch and warm up but as soon as the music started we got right into that thang. We did 2 full sets of Bruce Lee which was 6 exercises done in reps of 10 all done 6 times, see list below, then we ended with Sally and glute bridges, prayer and NOR.
Set 1: Plank Jacks, Fire Hydrants sets, laying leg raise sets, in/outs, BGS w/ cross punch, and boxes.
Set 2: Russian Twist sets, hip dip sets, heel taps, flutter kick sets, reverse crunches, and penguin crunches.
