We started off with a stretch and thankful hearts that the rain held off!
we did 2 minute sets with 30 seconds rest of each of the following
– squats with overhead press
– eagle crunches
-lunges with bicep curl
-push-up to tricep kickback
-single leg glute bridges
then repeated the whole thing for double the fun!
we ended with a nice stretch and COT and NOR and welcomed FNG NOODLES!
