BackBlast:

It was a perfect morning for a beatdown with lots of glorious sunshine. We started with some stretching and my infamous Canon Bootyblast which was 15 Leg lifts to 15 pulses 15 Fire Hydrants to 15 pulses 15 rainbows to a legit 15 second hold (haha if ya know ya know) 15 Circles one way 15 Circles the other way. Then we jumped right into it.

We did a burnout round for Cardio, Arms, Legs and Abs. 30 Seconds each exercise with no rest until the round was complete. The abs we did 20 seconds with no rest but two extra exercises added to the lineup. After each round we took a lap around the tree from the top of the parking lot.
