I love the See You When I See You workouts, and we all know I love/hate burpees, so why not combine them?

THE THANG: After the worlds most scatter brained warmup, we started on our mats and paired up. We did two 12 minute rounds in which we had four mat exercises done for 20 reps each, then a lap up and down the stairs. Partners ran their laps in opposite directions and upon meeting did a burpee.

For round three there was no timer. Our mat exercises were the four from the April Bingo board and our goal was to do enough repetitions of the pattern to make it to 100 curb jumps, jump ropes, butterfly kicks and bicycle sets.

After that goal was achieved we stretched and gathered for CoT and NoR. Today was one of those great fellowship days. Stories were swapped, sorrows were shared and prayers were said. I appreciate each and everyone of you so much ❤️
