We started with lane one.
Each lane we do as many reps as the lane suggests.
Calf Raises, Squats, and Monkey Humpers
Run from the number lane to the end to do situps
20 reps of Russian Twists (sets), BGSU, LBC (pick one each round)
Then Karaoke back to the next number and repeat to all 15 lanes.
I had some music issues but we ended on time. Had a COT, and name o rama. Named two FNG.
