Today 3 PAX came together to GET. IT. DONE. My motto has always been “I didn’t get up & come today for nothing” & that was the attitude of all of us today! We worked hard & sweat was pouring! I love it!!
We warmed up with a little “Butt & Gut” song challenge – Champion – Hold a squat throughout & Raggedy Anns during the hook.
Today we did Speed Rounds —> Run a lap after each round
Butts Round-1. Squat Jumps 2. Curtsy Lunges 3. Glute Bridges 4. Deadlifts 5. Back Leg Raises –>RUN
Guts Round-1. BGS 2. JLo’s 3. Russian Twists 4. Penguins 5. Pretzel Crunches –>RUN
#1 – 10 reps #2 – 20 reps #3 – 30 reps & so on…as fast as you can (LOL!)
Once we we did one round of each we stopped for an arm song challenge – Black Widow – Seal Claps throughout & Over head claps for the hook.
As the beatdown progressed I kept getting these inspirations from the beautiful scenery at The Valley (AKA hills!!) So we did a hill suicide sprint. Just one round…I’m not that mean! 😉
With about 10 min left we decided to go through each round 1 more time except only doing 10 reps each…UNTIL, we got to the last exercise…I made a little speech about working hard, explained my motto, yadda yadda yadda…thanks ladies for listening by the way! ~xoxo~ We all dug deep inside to finish strong the last exercise (pretzel crunches)…AMRAP…meaning don’t stop until you can’t go anymore!! No Merlot this time but it was close!! COT & Name O Rama after a good stretch & we were on our way to slay our day!! (((HUGS))
