First Q! Plus had two FNGs join us as well! Welcome Bucks and Dino! Hopefully did not scare you off with today’s beatdown!
We started off with some arm circles, Michael Phelps, tunnels in cadence, and your choice of stretch.
Today’s workout was called “Feeling 22,” why you ask? Because it is 2022 and when we switch over to the next year it is hard to remember so hopefully this workout helped get in our heads it is 2022!!!
We used a pyramid or triangle workout
- 5 Hammer Curls
- 5 Hammer Curls 22 Jumping Jacks
- 5 Hammer Curls 10 Weighted Lunges 22 Mountain Climbers
- 5 Hammer Curls 10 Weighted Lunges 15 Inchworms 22 Jump Squats
- 5 Hammer Curls 10 Weighted lunges 15 Inchworms 20 Crunchy Frogs 22 Skaters
- 5 Hammer Curls 10 Weighted Lunges 15 Inchworms 20 Crunchy Frogs 25 Weighted Squats 22 Monkey Humpers

Once Lap completed Start the Triangle over going from the bottom to the top
We ended the workout with giving our FNGs’ their FiA name, circle of trust, Name-o-Rama, and announcements.
The one thing I forgot on my VQ was the group picture… I promise we were there!
