I love getting to go to The Hideout! Despite the buckets of rain, 3 sweet PAX showed up to sweat with me. We gathered under the bus ramp cover and got to work. We warmed up to Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s Crazy In Love alternating between jump ropes and jumping jacks, then doing skaters when Beyoncé was singing and front kicks when Jay-Z was singing. It definitely got the heart rate up and our legs moving.
Next, we worked through our Love Handle Circuit. We did each exercise for 50 seconds, with a 10 second break to get to our next exercise.

After our circuit, we did The Love Bug, which is 5 One-legged tricep dips, flip over and do 5 one-legged push ups. Flip over and do 5 tricep dips with the other leg up, then 5 push ups with the other leg up. We did that twice, then ran the length of the bus ramp.
We repeated our circuit, the Love Bug, and the run. Then we still had time to go through the circuit a third time, only we did squats instead of the last side plank to get our legs moving again.
We circled up, prayed, and managed to get back to our cars while remaining dry! Thank you for letting me Q for you guys! It was great working out with you!
