It was a chilly morning but I still had 3 PAX join me for a Candy Crushing Dora.
Domino warmed up with a 7k run before the beatdown while the rest of us got warm with arm circles forward, arm circles backward, Michael Phelps, Through the Tunnels (IC) & Toy Soldiers (IC). Once we completed the quick warm up we got started on the Thang. Since today is national Candy day I figured we all needed a candy crushing beatdown to burn off the Halloween candy calories. We partnered up & completed a Dora with the following exercises:
C – 250 Crockpot Squats
A – 200 Ankle Biters (sets)
N – 150 Nose Dive Push-ups (these were tougher than I thought so we did as many as we could then switched to narrow (Tricep) push-ups)
D – 100 Donkey Kicks (sets)
Y – 50 Y Raises
We completed all the exercises with just enough time to take another lap together followed by some light stretching. We circled up, prayed for our country & did Name-O-Rama.
