I could not decide what to do for the beatdown this morning, so I decided on all of the options! We completed a timed warm up, HIIT and AMRAP this morning to start our day off!

Warm up: timer set for 2 minutes – 30 seconds of each exercise listed with no rest period in between. We completed two rounds of this warm up.

Jumping jacks, reverse lunges, shoulder taps and twist mountain climbers

HIIT: 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. We completed three rounds of these exercises.

Plank jacks, side to side hops, slow bicycles, squat thrusts, squats and mountain climbers

AMRAP: timer set for three minutes. We completed six of each exercise and then whatever time was left over was our rest period. We completed one round of this.

Several of the ladies needed to leave at 6:00 so we took a picture and then Beakers and myself completed another round of the three categories. We included the prayer requests from the others, did a COT and names – being sure to include those who left early. Thanks for a great morning!
