It was a cool morning that warmed up quickly. Only two minutes of work starting out, a break and then some more work – what’s so hard? “)

Warm up with arm circles, Michael Phelps and imperial walkers. Explanation of the simple workout and then we got started.

2 minutes on the timer – 30 seconds for each exercise – no rest until all four completed.

Side to side hops, Skaters, Squats, Mountain Climbers

Repeat the above after a 45 second rest

2 minutes 30 seconds on the timer – 30 seconds for each exercise – no rest until all five are completed. Two rounds of exercises that were alternated for six rounds total.

Round 1 – Star jumps, Football run, High knees, Jumping jack with squat, Side to side hops

Round 2 – Jump squats, inchworms, Skaters, Plyo lunges, Hip dips

Repeated three times the above rounds with 45 seconds rest in between each round.

We still had 10 minutes left on the clock so we took turns picking an exercise of choice, working for 30 seconds – completed two sets of this work.
