It was cold and rainy but 7 beautiful ladies came out to work hard. We started with some OYO stretches and then my favorite Booty Warmup- 15 Back Extensions to 15 Pulses, 15 Fire Hydrants to 15 Pulses, 15 Rainbows to a 15 Sec Hold. Then we did Through the Tunnel in Cadence.

The Thang: Cardio Blast

Round One

  • 1 Minute Jumping Jacks ( 30 Second Rest)
  • 1 Minute High Knees (30 Second Rest)
  • 1 Minute Jumping Jacks ( 30 Second Rest)
  • 1 Minute High Knees ( 30 Second Rest)

We then ran a quick lap while there was a break in the rain

  • 1 Minute Jump Squats ( 30 Second Rest)
  • 1 Minute Skaters (30 Second Rest)
  • 1 Minute Jump Squats ( 30 Second Rest)

We finished we a good stretch and Prayed quickly and did Name-O-Rama. So thankful for you ladies. Great Job!
