Today wasn’t nearly as cold as it has been & I had 8 PAX (including a FNG) join me this morning. It was a great morning! We started with a warm up of arm circles forward, arm circles backward, Michael Phelps, Toy Soldiers (IC), Windmills (IC) & Imperial Walkers (IC). After the warm-up we got to work on the Thang.
We partnered up then did a Catch Me if You Can Dora. Here’s how it worked…P1 completes 10 reps of the exercise while P2 runs backwards then P1 sprints to catch up with P2. Once P1 catches P2 then P1 runs backwards while P2 completes 10 reps of the exercise then they sprint to catch up to P1. Rinse & repeat until the duo completes the total number of reps of the exercise for that round.
We finished up all 5 rounds with a little extra time so we did a round of Bat Wings because we needed to really burn out our shoulders. We then did some light stretching while we circled up & named our FNG (welcome Buzz 🐝 😊). We ended with NOR & prayers.
