The cold AND rain didn’t stop 6 PAX from joining me for a challenging beatdown. I decided to do a repeat of the Challenge = Change workout from way back in the beginning of the summer (of coarse with some adjustments!). AMRAP in 40 sec. plus one more!! We needed something to keep us warm & this Tabata style was just it!
3 Rounds/4 exercises – AMRAP/40 sec +1 more – 10 sec rest…But first, Cardio!!
Round 1. Song Challenge – Turn Down 4 What – (Funky high knees/quickfeet), Squat Pulses, Lateral Arm Raises, Rageddy Anns
Round 2. Song Challenge – Get Ready 4 This – (Jumps/Jumping Jacks), Deadlifts, Overhead Press, Hillbillies
Round 3. Song Challenge – Harlem Shake – (Butt Kicks/Overhead Claps), Calf Raises, Hammer Curls, Russian Twists
We had time to go through everything 2 & a half times before COT & Name-0-Rama. After the beatdown we met for an AMAZING lunch & had such a great time!
