Happy Anniversary FiA Nation! We were so happy to see so many smiling and beautiful faces!
We celebrated with a workout that all the FiA regions did together!
Wonder Woman led us through a motivators warm up, which is a jumping jack routine. That got us warmed up quickly!
We moved on to the Train of Pain. We counted off and formed 2 lines facing each other. All Pax did an exercise, while the first person in line traveled through the center to the back of the line. Each pax followed one by one, until the first person was back at the front, to which we changed exercises and mode of travel. This is what we did:
power skips – imperial walkers
run – burpees
bear crawl – bear squats
butt kicks – star jumps
lunch walk – raggedy anns
run backwards – push ups
shuffle left – kangaroos
shuffle right – superman squats
high knees – Peter parkers
crab walk – sparky crabs
We did not do the last 2, so that we could leave the last 10 min to do the FiA Deck. We were able to get through about half the Pax pulling a card and the group doing the exercises and reps pulled on the card.
During the beatdown, we raffled off a few prizes and Cherry Vanilla won the FiA Deck at the end! We look forward to her Qing with the Deck!
Inspector Gadget finished us up with CoT and those that could stay for coffeteria stayed for coffee and a snack. It was a fun and amazing morning, with tons of laughter…and lots of mumble chatter!
