7 PAX gathered at AO Foxtrot early in the chilly 28 degrees and very dark parking lot. The lights come on 2.5 minutes into our morning workouts. We did a few warm-ups to get the blood pumping. Toy soldiers, TTT, fast feet, butt kicks and we ran a big parking lot lap.
Cone 1 – Round 1 – 50 Russian Twists / Round 2 – 50 Front Raises ( Run to Cone 2 )
Cone 2 – Round 1 – 50 Jump Ropes / Round 2 – 50 Jump ropes ( Run to Cone 3 )
Cone 3 – Round 1 – 24 Jump Squats / Round 2 – 24 Star Jumps ( Run to Cone 4 )
Cone 4 – Round 1 – 24 Curb Plank Jacks / Round 2 – 24 Side Lunges each leg ( Run to Cone 1 )
We did Round 1, took a short rest, got a drink of water and jumped right into Round 2. At the end of Round 2 we did a few ad exercises.
10 Supermans, 10 Bourbons each leg, 10 Right Hip Dips, 10 Left Hip Dips & 10 Glut Bridges
After the ab exercises we started at the beginning and did it all over again. 4 Rounds of 4 Corners and 2 Rounds of Ab exercises. We did a few minutes of stretching and took a picture. We finished off with a prayer, COT and name-o-rama. It was a good day to start out with a good workout. It may have been chilly but I kept us moving and we stayed warm.
