We kept it simple with a workout I called Choose Your Own Tabata. We started with a quick warm up by running a lap & doing arm circles. We then set our watches & our tabata timer. The board had several options for arms, abs, back/chest, & booty exercises. We went around the circle, taking turns choosing an exercise from each category (or choosing a more creative alternative). The timer was set for 55 seconds on & 10 seconds off. Next time, I’ll shorten the work time & increase the rest time to allow pax more time to choose the next move. We finished with a quick lap to cool down, then prayer & name-o-rama.
