Three sweet ladies joined me this morning for a Christmas Advent Calendar countdown. We started with a quick warm up of arm circles, Michael Phelps, toy soldiers and imperial walkers.
The workout consisted of taking turns picking a tree from the advent calendar. Exercises were listed and we would complete five exercises, then run a lap. There were 25 exercises to work through.
10: Carolina dry docks, bicep in and outs, chest press, high knees, bourbons
15: crab toe touches, jumping jacks, merkins, bent over rows, overhead triceps
20: Brazilian lunges, flutter squats, inchworms, rotator in and outs, toe taps
25: reverse flyes, booty kicks, up down planks, angry donkey kicks, crunches,
30: tricep dips, deadlifts, leaning Y shoulder raises, mountain climbers, Arnold press
We completed all the exercises and even had time to stretch at the end. We had a prayer, COT and names before heading off for the busy day ahead! Thanks for joining me!
