What a beautiful morning it was with perfect weather and gorgeous skies. We all gathered to workout and release some of the stresses as we prepare for Christmas 🎄
We began with a warm up featuring arm circles forward and back, Michael Phelps, and through the tunnel in cadence.
Then the fun really started with a song challenge. Song was A Holly Jolly Christmas exercises were squats and walking in place. Then run or walk a lap.
Next up 13 exercises (for the 13 days left till Christmas) with 25 reps or sets (since it lands on the 25th).

We did the whole thing twice then lastly another song challenge to the song Feliz Navidad. Exercises were Hallelujahs and Moroccan Night Clubs.
