Warm up by running in place and arm stretches

Turned on the Christmas music and started the thang.

The thang:

Start at 12 and go through to 1 (all are sets) , run a lap

Then repeat starting with 11 to 1, etc.

12 Push-ups

11 Imperial walkers

10 dead bugs

9 bicep curls

8 walking lunges

7 in & outs

6 around the world

5 jumping jacks

4 bourbons

3 bear squats

2 high knees

1 burpee

we were able to make it all the way to just 1 and finish right on time.
We welcomed a FNG tonight (Cinco McFry with her 2.0 Sonic)

We prayed and name-o-rama!!!
