I’m a little late (over a week) posting this backblast but better late than never. 😊
Prada turned 39 on Monday July 5th so we decided to celebrate her birthday at the Hideout on Tuesday July 6th. We had 7 PAX join us including her 13yo daughter Savanna who we got to name as a FNG. I gave her a few beatdown choices & she chose to do 12 Days of Christmas. We did it accumulator style where we started with 1 burpee then did 1 burpee + 2 jump squats followed by 1 burpee + 2 jump squats + 2 Bourbons (sets) & so on until we completed all 12 rounds. After each round we ran or walked to the end of the bus lanes & back.

We made it through all 12 rounds & completed 12 laps then finished up with some light stretching, COT & NOR. We named Savanna Short Story as she likes to write & actually has a short story ready she wants to have published. We sang Happy Birthday to Prada & stayed after for some coffee, treats & gifts for Prada.
