3 ladies joined me in all my taco-ness this morning despite the darkness. Our Cinco de Mayo party started out with a power outage. But the ladies and I decided that wouldn’t stop us from doing our thang and earning our tacos for later tonight. We pulled our cars up, angled the headlights at our spot and got to it. The power did eventually come on later in the workout. We didn’t get to Round 5 but its here so I have it for next time. 😁
The Thang:
5 rounds of 5 exercises, 5 reps of each for 5 minutes AMRAP – with a lap around the parking lot between rounds.
